Enterprise IT automation

A complex market. A repeatable outbound motion.

329meetings booked
89%hold rate
$5.84Mnet-new SQL pipeline

Owned outbound strategy into IT operations, network operations and infrastructure leadership at Fortune 500 and public-sector accounts. The work combined cold outreach, inbound leads and tradeshow follow-up.

The work

Built call scripts and sequences, led an outbound-platform rollout with team training, and drove a revenue-intelligence migration using the company’s CRM history.

The learning

Keeping calling, enablement and CRM feedback connected made the motion usable by the wider team. The reported results cover the whole engagement; they are not presented as cold-call-only outcomes.

32% inbound-to-SQL conversion.

Agency services / LinkedIn-led acquisition

B2B media placement

Better conversations, before and after the booking.

$1.26Mnet-new SQL pipeline
2% → 8%reply rate
65% → 88%show rate

Ran a LinkedIn-first motion into founders and marketing leadership across two Sales Navigator accounts, supported by cold email.

The work

Built a sales asset that made the offer comparable, plus tailored interview-topic PDFs for prospects before the meeting. Tested voice notes and video alongside text.

The learning

Changes to both the outreach and pre-call experience improved replies and attendance. The reported close rate moved from 15% to 22%.

$186K net-new revenue and $100K additional total contract value reported in the existing engagement record.

Technical B2B / public sector / Conference campaign + market testing

Climate visualization software

The right buyer was outside the original account model.

10conference meetings
Phone + LinkedIncampaign channels

Worked with a company whose pipeline had come through referrals and whose attempts at municipal outbound had repeatedly stalled.

The work

Led an adaptation-conference campaign using phone and LinkedIn against the attendee list. Rebuilt the wider target model around consulting firms that deliver public engagement for cities.

The learning

The prime writing the proposal could be a better buyer than the sustainability director. Retimed the wider outreach to the grant-award-to-RFP window.

The ten meetings came from the conference campaign. They are not labeled as ten cold, held or revenue-producing meetings.

Outbound infrastructure / Built from zero

Short-form content agency

From a blank sending stack to an owned workflow.

15,000+unique emails
230replies
35positive replies

Built warming, sending, verification and reply handling from scratch, and authored the initial sequences.

The work

Tested mass sequencing, secondary-contact multithreading and hand-reviewed personalization. Created an eight-step process that routed out-of-office replies to secondary contacts and timed follow-ups.

The learning

Each iteration changed how the next campaign was built. More than twenty original sequence assets were produced.

Multi-channel operations / Infrastructure recovery

Podcast network

Four motions, one repaired operating layer.

4concurrent motions

Worked across inbound sponsorship, guest outreach, agency acquisition and outbound sponsorship for a podcast network and management agency.

The work

Migrated sending tools, rebuilt warmup, shortened copy, segmented lists and documented guest outreach so throughput could be handed over.

The learning

The repair connected delivery infrastructure to the different buyer journeys instead of treating the whole network as one audience.

Market experimentation / Zero-to-one outbound

SEO and web development

A first angle that failed led to a better second one.

2angles tested

Built the sending infrastructure and ran the first campaigns in a crowded agency market. The initial direct approach did not convert.

The work

Used traffic-intelligence data to make the messaging specific, paired it with a backlink offer, and tested the new approach with decision makers on LinkedIn.

The learning

The revised angle produced a working motion that could be documented and handed over.

Account research / Production market mapping

Independent creative talent

A target definition that firmographic filters could not express.

12,000qualified leads delivered

Built a prospect list for a professional voice actor selling to production companies with hospitality and food-service portfolios.

The work

Verified portfolio work and narrowed contacts to production and content leads with budget responsibility.

The learning

Evidence from actual work was more useful for qualification than company size or a broad industry label.

This was a list-building engagement. Leads are not presented as meetings.
